We are a business enterprise devoted to the acquisition of land and redundant or derelict property for the purposes of development and regeneration. We work closely with land and property owners, helping them to identify and exploit the potential financial gain which exists in their real estate assets.
What Are Our Objectives?
Our objectives are simple. We seek out the most viable development or regeneration scheme suited to a site. We generate demand for the site amongst the developers with whom we collaborate after working out the most viable scheme and aligning ourselves with the most suitable developer partner. We negotiate a bespoke commercial development or regeneration agreement with the owner of the real estate who then receives the sum agreed with us in line with the terms agreed.
Do Success offer confidentiality?
At Success we not only offer confidentiality, we absolutely insist upon it. We fully appreciate that there can be a myriad of reasons which have resulted in the owner of a piece of land or real estate asset deciding that they wish to dispose of that asset. We are used to dealing with vendors that have decided that the time is right to achieve greater financial independence and fluidity by unlocking the capital tied up in their real estate assets. Matrimonial divorce or relationship separation, bereavement and inheritance can all provide triggers resulting in the need to dispose of real estate assets. Other vendors simply want a fresh start or a lifestyle change, perhaps they want to create a fund to pay for university education for their loved ones or go on an exotic far away journey. At Success we are good listeners, we are sensitive to the individual or unique needs of the vendors with whom we work and your privacy and circumstances are kept confidential and respected throughout the transaction process and beyond.
