What’s in a name? Every business has one, surely there’s a story behind it? At this business, the team has deliberately set out to be different, to be a mission critical business with one aim, succeeding.
Settling on a name for the business was our first collective effort. We were determined to reflect our ultimate objective in our name, not only the objective for ourselves as a team but also for the amazing and carefully chosen property developers we collaborate with as well as the land and real estate owners we are privileged to transact with. Everything pointed to one thing. Success is what everyone desires as either an individual or an entity, that’s the teams ultimate objective, no other name was ever considered, it had to be ‘Success‘.
With Success as a name the bar was set very high and we continually raise that bar pushing ever harder, constantly challenging ourselves to bring success to everyone we engage with. We are constantly team building, whether that’s climbing real granite mountains or paper ones!
So, we believe success is both the result of and the objective of teamwork. Building a team and working as a team is everything. We strive to both do and see things differently, to identify what is not obvious, to find a way to bring answers to everyday commercial problems, frequently by applying the least expected solutions.
THE SECRET RECIPE
But there’s something else too, an ingredient that we believe is essential to Success and is a compulsory requirement to be a part of the Success team. When you find a career that stimulates you, something that’s never dull, is constantly evolving, rewarding, always different and demands your undivided attention, you’ve literally hit the jackpot. It can make you jump out of the bed each morning excited and looking forward to ‘work’. Of course it’s not all plain sailing, there are always a myriad of obstacles to overcome, but when you wouldn’t want to have any other career and you get an adrenaline rush from achieving success, however hard to come by, you know you’ve found your passion, the thing you just “need to be doing”.
